Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location. Normally, our charges for cash on home delivery; Inside Dhaka 80 Tk and Outside Dhaka: 130 TK Advance Payment.

• We only except return if you check product infront of delivery man.
• In some case if you unboxing video, The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, Unboxing Video.
• The reason for the return must fall within our acceptable return reasons (see below).

2. Acceptable Reasons for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

• Items Damaged Due to Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse.
• Items returned after the stated return period.
• Items without their original packaging.
